BAD BRAINS BANNED IN D.C. 20 YEARS AGO - PLAN D.C. ELECTION NIGHT SHOW!
On Election Night, November 4, 2008, Bad Brains will play Washington D.C. It's the first time playing as "Bad Brains" in a long time and the mystique of being "banned in D.C." many years ago will surely add significance to this performance.
Playing at the 9:30 Club on Election Day 2008 for the pioneering punk band is one of four shows being announced. Bad Brains (original line up) will play:

BAD BRAINS RELEASE NEW SNEAKERS & APPAREL
Founding fathers of the hardcore punk movement, BAD BRAINS has teamed up with SUPREME on a collection of apparel and sneakers. The diverse nature of Bad Brains created an eclectic sound that included a mix of punk, metal, jazz and reggae. The Rastafarian combo have broken up and reformed over the years, now manned by the classic and current lineup of singer H.R., guitarist Dr. Know, bassist Darryl Jennifer, and drummer Earl Hudson. The collection includes a three-pack of Vans SK8-Hi's, two t-shirts and a Harrington jacket. .

ROSE HILL DRIVE RELEASE MOON IS THE NEW EARTH
Boulder power trio Rose Hill Drive are back for a second time around with their new studio album Moon is the new Earth. The 12-song stunner was written, recorded, produced and mixed by Rose Hill Drive—the boys got their hands all over this one!

MUSHROOMHEAD WIN MTV HEADBANGER'S BALL "VIDEO OF THE YEAR"
Mushroomhead have won the MTV Headbanger's Ball "2007 Video Of The Year" for the song "1200." The video was directed by horror special effects guru, House. Watch it here.
IA new video directed by Mushroomhead for "Tattoo" was also recently released featuring hundreds of still photographs meticulously strung together creating a haunting editing technique similar to the movie Gladitor by Ridley Scott.
